3. Purpose and legal basis of the processing
The user’s personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
a) provision of services requested by the user through the relevant section of the reference website:

The profiling activity consists, instead, in the collection of information on the profiles of companies and subjects actively participating in events and projects promoted by Meridiana B&B in order to improve the services offered based on the needs of customers who have expressed specific consent.
With reference to marketing and profiling activities, it is specified that, in case of failure and specific consent to the processing by the user, it will not be possible to carry out the aforementioned activities.

Within the indicated purposes, the user’s data will be the exclusive property of Meridiana B&B and will not be transferred or shared with third parties, partners or customers of Meridiana B&B.

The Data Controller is not part of a group, does not have offices in Third Countries (different from Italy) and does not plan to transfer the user’s data to other companies having their headquarters in Countries not belonging to the European Union.

Personal data will be kept for the period of time strictly necessary for the pursuit of the specific purposes of the processing for which the user has expressed his consent. Such personal information may also be retained after the cessation of the use of any particular.

Requests relating to the exercise of the user’s rights will be processed without unjustified delay and, in any case, within 30 working days from the request; only in cases of particular complexity and the number of requests can this term be extended by a further 60 days.
